On Saturday March 23rd HCE employees volunteered at the City of Stuart’s annual WaterFest event. This event is an educational outreach program for all ages designed to promote awareness of water conservation and environmental issues. HCE partnered with the Florida Water Environment Association to offer an “edible cloud” activity with the intention of teaching children and parents alike about the water cycle and how precipitation forms. HCE has participated in this event since it’s inception in 2012 and we are proud to continue to be a community partner for such a fun and educational event.
