HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In April 2019, HCE welcomed Felix Granados as a new designer/drafter. Felix brings 15 years of drafting experience to HCE and will be working with our lead designer/drafter to produce high quality engineering drawings for our clients. We are very excited to have Felix as part of our organization and believe he will be an integral part of our design team moving forward.
