HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In September 2020, HCE welcomed Benjamin Fecko, PE as a new senior engineer. Ben holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, where his thesis on stream restoration was published. He has over 15 years of experience in providing client and engineering services for local water and wastewater utilities. He excels at site civil, drainage, water, and wastewater system design, permitting, and construction management. Ben also served as the President of the Treasure Coast Chapter of the Florida Engineering Society in 2020 and currently serves as the chapter’s State Director. Since starting in 2020, he has already worked on several successful utility projects and has become a critical member of our engineering team.
