HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In November 2021, HCE welcomed Kelley Conboy, EI as a new project engineer. Kelley graduated with a degree in Environmental Engineering in 2018 from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and is currently pursuing her master’s degree. She has nearly three years of experience in wastewater treatment and possesses expertise in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) specializing in utility asset management. Her impressive GIS skillset and eagerness to learn have already made her a valuable asset to our engineering team and we are confident she will continue to be an integral part of our organization moving forward. We are very excited to have Kelley onboard!
