HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In August 2022, HCE welcomed Brad Gilbert, EI as a new project engineer. Brad graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2022 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering. Brad joined us as our 2021 summer intern and provided valuable support on multiple projects including lift station asset management and data collection. During his undergraduate career, Brad collaborated on research involving the natural treatment of landfill leachate, as well as the use of household greywater recycling systems in Florida. He is proficient in programs including GIS, AutoCAD, and hydraulic modeling software. Since starting at HCE, Brad has already proven to be a valuable and versatile member of our team, having been involved in projects related to grants management, wastewater systems modeling, water and wastewater treatment and distribution design, and services during construction. He is an avid fisherman and is passionate about preserving the environment. We are very excited to have Brad onboard!
