HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In February 2024, HCE welcomed Peter (Pete) as a new senior engineer. Pete graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Iowa. He has over 15 years of experience in providing project management, engineering, and program management services in the utilities and transportation industry. Peter and his family recently relocated from the Midwest, where he served as the Director of Program and Project Management for the Kansas Department of Transportation. With experience in both the private and public sectors, Pete is keenly aware of the difficulties facing today’s owners, operators, and public sector leaders. We are confident Pete will be a major contributor to the HCE team and we are thrilled to have him onboard!
