HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In February 2025, HCE welcomed Rick Martens as a new construction manager. Rick is a Miami native and received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Florida State University. He has nearly 9 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to starting at HCE, Rick served as a project manager and superintendent with a general contractor specializing in municipal water and wastewater treatment projects. His local knowledge and extensive background in the utilities sector will enable him to hit the ground running. He will be assisting with HCE’s construction management, construction inspection, and design-build services. When not on a construction site, Rick loves to fish, golf, and enjoy the outdoors. We know Rick will prove to be an important resource to our team and we are so excited to welcome him onboard!
