HCE is happy to announce a new addition to our team! In November 2020, HCE welcomed Craig Ford as a new construction inspector. Craig has over 40 years of experience overseeing the construction of millions of dollars’ worth of roadway, stormwater, and utility projects. In addition to field inspections, he has been responsible for project permitting and constructability reviews. Since starting, his work on our iSIP Neighborhood Water and Force Main Replacement Projects in Boca Raton has been invaluable and he has played an important role in helping to ensure the projects are completed on-time, as specified, and within budget. Craig has a wealth of knowledge surrounding infrastructure construction, which has been not only useful in project implementation but also in teaching the newer members of our team.
